Getting models out of Episode I Battle for Naboo is ugh. When ripped almost all models are put in the center and stack into each other and made into one object. This mean you have to cut away the unwanted models or doing a rip with just the model you want on screen will cut down on the number of unwanted models. Terrain/static object the scaleing tends to get all messed up as well.

Like Rogue Squadron before it Episode I Battle for Naboo models have vertex colring. Yes the models have 5 vertex colrings. The vertex coloring is used to color textures as well. If the way you want to use the models for dosen't support vertex colring your going to need to use some PhotoShop to edit the texture to do you best to get the models to look like they do in game and you may have to edit the models as the model may have material that using no texture.
